Purchases

All items for sale are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

When making a purchase, you are agreeing to have your chosen payment method (i.e. credit card, prepaid debit card, Paypal, etc) billed for the amount showing on the order form you submit.


Subscriptions

The YunaPRO system and software offered by Audience & Influence is a subscription-based service.

By purchasing the YunaPRO system and software you agree to have your chosen payment method billed on a recurring basis according to the payment plan timing you chose at checkout (i.e. monthly plans bill each month indefinitely, annual plans bill annually indefinitely).

Your subscription price will not increase as long as you do not cancel the subscription or miss a payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time following the duration of service time you registered (i.e. if your registration included monthly payments, cancelling your subscription will stop payment for the following month and indefinitely thereafter, whereas if your registration included annual payments, cancelling your subscription will stop payment for the following year and indefinitely thereafter).


VA Services

The YunaPRO system and software may include an option of hiring a virtual assistant (VA) to assist with YunaPRO and/or other business activities. Our recommended VAs are hired, trained and managed by a third-party VA agency and are not employees of Audience & Influence or YunaPRO. If you choose to hire one of our recommended VAs, it will be your responsibility to provide detailed action steps, to review completed work, to offer feedback, etc. The results achieved by working with a VA are entirely your responsibility as the business owner. It will also be your responsibility to pay the hourly wage of your hired VA.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If a refund policy is advertised, a refund will be granted upon request according to the details in that refund policy.

No refunds will be granted for any reason outside of a stated refund policy. Once a refund period has lapsed, all sales are final.

Sales are final for all products or services without advertised refund policies.

All refund policies are applicable to first-time purchasers only. If you have purchased the product or service previously, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
For the purchase of any product with "Lifetime" access, refunds will not be provided where technological changes makes the products obsolete, or if we discontinue the product.

Amendments

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website.

You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.

Google API Service User Data Policy

We use the Google API service in conjunction with our YunaPRO software to collect information from Facebook users. Specifically, the YunaPRO software collects information provided by Facebook users when they request to join a private Facebook group that is connected to the software. 


The information collected through YunaPRO includes answers to the 3 Facebook group membership questions users are presented with when requesting to join a Facebook group as well as other publicly-available information from users' Facebook profiles. This information is stored via the Google API in a Google spreadsheet. You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you and to update/remove this information at your request.
